FOLLOW A FEW SIMPLE STEPS

1. FILL OUT THE FORM

First, fill out the following form with your details and order data. Before proceeding, retrieve the confirmation email received at the time of purchase of the item on our site. If you are requesting a return for a damaged item, take pictures of the damage, you will need them to attach to the form.

2. SHIP ITEMS

After filling out the form we will examine your request and we will send you via email instructions to proceed with the shipment of the article at our stores. If you are requesting a return for a wrong size or damaged item the return will be completely free, if the item does not satisfy you the shipping will be charged to you.

3. GET YOUR REFUND

Once we receive the item at our warehouse we will analyze it to guarantee the refund. If you paid via PayPal or Credit Card during check-out you will receive a refund on the same payment method. If you choose payment on delivery you will receive a refund on your bank account.

    ◀ Fill in the name and surname of the person who placed the order.

    ◀ Enter the e-mail addressassociated with the order on which you received confirmation at the time of purchase.

    ◀ Enter the order number found on the purchase confirmation email or your order history.

    ◀ Choose from the menu the reason for which you are requesting the return.

    ◀ If you are requesting a return for a damaged item please attach a photograph of the problem.

    ◀ Enter any requests or descriptions associated with your request. If during the check-out you have chosen the Payment on Delivery option, please enter here the IBAN of the bank account on which we can issue the refund.

    Once you have filled out the form we can start the return process and you will receive an e-mail with instructions to follow to continue and get your refund.
