Returns & Changes
You can return an item by sending an email to: email@example.com, no later than 14 days counted from the date of receipt of the product, indicating the order number and your name. Once the return has been authorized you will be sent the form to fill out and enter inside the box of the product to be returned. The product to be returned must be shipped within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the positive result to the return request.
The amount shall be refound only in the case of products with manufacturing anomalies or defects.
The goods can be changed in case of the wrong number or size, subject to availability, or make the change with another product available on our site (paying any price difference)
The following conditions must be met in order to proceed:
- Products must not have been used, washed or damaged
- The products must be complete with the original equipment (box, protections, coupons, etc.)
- The returned products must be in a position to be relisted
- The return must have been authorized and must have been shipped within the above time
- The return must reach our location no later than 10 days from the date of receipt of the product (returns received with a higher delay, even if shipped on the indicated time, will not be accepted)
The costs for shipping the product to be returned are borne by the buyer, who can choose the shipping method he prefers as long as the package is packed thoroughly, we do not take responsibility for any delays or losses by the courier / service chosen to return the product to us.
Once the package has arrived on site, we will check that all the above conditions have been met, reund in case of a positive outcome we will proceed with the issuance of a refund equal to the original amount of the returned order or item (in the case of multiple orders) net. If you have used the free number exchange service for the same product that you intend to return, the amount of the refund will be reduced the expenses incurred for the management of the procedure, equal to € 8.00.
If all the above conditions are not met, it will not be possible to issue any refund. The customer, before having informed us, will have 15 working days to be able to pick up the package at his own expense and under his own responsibility.
The entire procedure will be completed within 5 working days.
The methods of refund are as follows:
- If you have chosen to pay with Paypal the refund will take place using the same payment method, if you paid using the balance of your Paypal account the credit is immediate, in the case of payment by credit card the credit times depend on your bank (up to 10 days).
- If you have chosen to pay by credit card the refund will take place using the same payment method, the credit times depend on your bank (up to 10 days).
There are no refund methods other than those listed.
If factory anomalies or defects are found on the product (damaged, ruined, etc.), the customer must send a communication to the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 24 hours from the date of receipt of the article, reporting the problem and possibly documenting it with images / videos, in case the communication is made later it will not be possible to certify the real use of the product and consequently it will not be possible to proceed with a free replacement or a refund.
Small anomalies, such as slight glue stains or slight signs, especially if in places not visible, are to be considered normal production tolerances. In these cases the return procedure will be unchanged and the shipment of the product to be returned will still be borne by the buyer.
